The sincerest of thanks are in order for Ludachrist, Demo, Gigantor, Computer Club, Code-D, Ginnis of Rehab, Discolobos, Grizzly, Meek, SuSpence, Tom DeBlase, Nical, Looney Tunes, pK and PTRQ of The Transient State @ WRUR, Candymang, Mees, Tim Tones, Loki, Potent J, Basha, Kix, Scatter MC, Fresh, Jeff Spevak @ Democrat & Chronicle, Crook, David Yager, James Niche of Act:Live, Rheytchul .chicken bone. and St. Laurent Framing, Jennifer Cichello and The Art Store, Mike Ford, Chuck Miller of the Headspace show @ WITR, Sara Wick, Alexandra Fox of Fox_Photography, Tweek Nasty, Ryan Smith, Dan, Beth Sumner (otakulab), Michael Smith of View Of Life, Phil Garofolo AKA Generate, Thread, Skyehigh, The Ultimate, Java's, HTB Press, Susie Q, Alex of the Elektrobank show @ WBER, Joey @ WBER, Frank DeBlase @ City, Pete G., A-Rod, Drew @ Dubland Underground, L.E.S.H., Chris @ Pearl, Lifted Music, Pontillo's, Fever Productions, our guy at the hotel, South Wedge Diner for hitting the fuckin' spot the next day, and anyone else that I am extremely sorry for forgetting.
As far as the show goes, I was about to write up a whole extensive and deluxe text review saying how sick it was and go through a whole recap of everything that happened at the party, but really, I've decided that I'm just gonna' let the tape tell the tale (nobody reads my long-ass rants, anyway).
I'm done being a used car salesman trying to convince people to get off their assisis and have the time of the year alongside the 650+ other people that did so. The video and the fuckin' awesome photo coverage we got from so many talented people say all that needs to be said about the event. I feel like we've taken shit to another level where the true motherfuckers on the street recognize what's going on in this city. And that's what I'm interested in. If you weren't there, you just weren't there. You missed out, plain and simple. If you didn't know, you shoulda' axed somebody.
A resounding thank you to everyone who came out to this event. We do hope that all of our promises lived up to your expectations. I'm glad that we've reached a point where we've got more to be doin' than things to be sayin'. More to come...
Stay tuned in the coming days as RIPROC follows Ludachrist to Atlanta for a truly unforgettable event alongside Evol Intent LIVE as part of the Era Of Diversion Tour. This show was nothing shy of a landmark, I'm really looking forward to getting the video cut up and posted. Soon!
